Intellectual Property Notice
All rights to the artwork remain the exclusive property of Kanak Sirasya, even after purchase. This applies to all forms of artwork, including originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions.
The purchase of any item—original or otherwise—does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, minting the artwork as an NFT, printing for resale, or any other form of reproduction for profit or non-profit purposes.
Collectors may not reproduce the artwork in any way without the artist’s express written permission. However, sharing images of purchased items on social media for personal use is encouraged and does not violate this policy.
Liability
Once an artwork is in the possession of the collector, we are not liable for any damage. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for items that have been mishandled or damaged after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, smudging of borders, tearing of prints, or any physical damage caused by improper handling.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, compensation or replacement will be provided if an item arrives damaged due to postal handling or if a faulty product has been dispatched. Every print undergoes multiple quality checks prior to shipment to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
Customers are encouraged to read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. We are not responsible for issues arising from overlooked product details. Please note that all prints include borders, which are part of the final dimensions listed.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help. If something has gone wrong or your item does not meet your expectations, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly.
We strive to provide accurate colour representation of all artworks; however, please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibrations across devices. If colour accuracy is important to you, we recommend viewing the product on multiple devices (such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile phone) before making a purchase.
As per applicable Indian consumer protection guidelines, return shipping costs for items returned in good faith (but not due to defects or damage) will be borne by the customer. In cases where an item is received in a damaged condition due to transit or a defective product has been delivered, we will arrange for replacement or refund, including covering applicable return shipping charges.
All fine art prints undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Shipping Policies
Processing times for each item are mentioned in the product descriptions. As a small studio run by just the two of us Me & my other half ;p) we personally handle, pack, and ship every single order with a lot of care and love. Because of this, things may sometimes take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience and support for our work 💛
If you need to change your shipping address, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes. Please reach out to us as soon as possible through the contact page if needed.
We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.
